Cold Email Agency
Most cold email agencies sell you a tool and a template.
I run this exact system, across dozens of domains and inboxes, to build my own client base, and I'll run it for yours.
The Real Job
Cold email lead generation is the work of turning people who've never heard of you into booked calls, without setting off spam filters along the way. That means an offer worth replying to, a list worth sending to, and infrastructure built well enough that the email lands in an inbox instead of a junk folder.
Most cold email fails at the first step: a generic pitch blasted to a purchased list from one domain, burned out in a week. Reply rates that could be single digits get treated as acceptable because nobody built it to do better.
I don't run it that way, because I can't afford to. This exact approach is how I find my own clients.
The Process
Before a single email goes out, I work out who's worth emailing and what offer gives them a real reason to reply. Most cold email problems are an offer problem wearing a deliverability costume.
Get the offer and the list wrong, and no amount of clever subject lines fixes it.
Then I build what the campaign needs: the sending infrastructure, domains, inboxes, warmup, done properly so the emails land, and the copy and sequences that give someone a reason to reply.
Everything ships in your voice, aimed at the people most likely to say yes.
A cold email campaign nobody checks on burns its own list and stalls. So I track what matters: replies, positive replies, and calls booked, not opens.
I build the system once. It keeps running and reporting every month after.
The Approach
Every cold email agency sells you volume. Volume without an offer worth replying to is just a faster way to burn a domain.
The Man + Machine Method splits the work on purpose.
I do the offer and audience diagnosis myself, because knowing who to email and why comes from research, not a list broker.
And I build the first draft of every sequence with AI, in your voice. But I edit it like the draft was never good enough on its own, because it wasn't.
Every reply gets handled by a system that flags what's worth your time, not a shared inbox nobody's watching.
The Receipts
There's no dedicated cold email case study on this site yet, so I won't pretend there is.
What there is: this exact system, run on my own business, across dozens of domains and inboxes, finding the clients behind the other work on this site. The four case studies below are proof of the execution quality that goes into every channel I run, cold email included.
Recurring email revenue from a creator's existing audience, with 1,700+ paying members.
Read the Case Study →Affiliate commissions from one funnel, with no existing audience and no product of their own.
Read the Case Study →LinkedIn reach in one month, from 139K to 346K impressions, on fewer posts.
Read the Case Study →First-page Google results in 14 weeks, from a single blog post and no organic traffic.

You bring the business. I bring the clients who've never heard of it yet.
Client Systems
I don't just write a sequence and hope it lands. I build the systems that keep the whole thing running and accountable.
That's:
This isn't theoretical. It's what runs my own agency.
One human and a stack of AI operate every page on this site, every email that goes out, and every report a client receives. The tools below are the exact systems doing it.

A reply is the start of a relationship, not the end of one. Cold email works alongside the other channels I run.
Verticals Served
I've worked across 30+ sectors in eight years and 300+ engagements. The pattern isn't the industry, it's the business model: online, service-based, or digital-product companies.
A few examples with real proof behind them:
NordVPN, PandaDoc, Opus Clip, and Gorgias are among the SaaS teams I've written for, from consumer-facing to enterprise.
Built the content engine behind MarketCraft's 0-to-231 search result run.
Turned existing audiences into recurring revenue and affiliate income without a traditional product or brand behind them.

Still Have Questions?
Ready to Talk?
I work with a small number of clients at a time. It's me and a very small team, and I'd rather deliver excellent results for a few businesses than average results for many. That's also why I don't take endless strategy calls.
So the application asks a few questions first, to see whether we're a fit. If we are, you book a time and we go through your business properly. There's no hard sell on the call, because I've never needed one.
And if I can't help you, I'll point you toward whoever can. Either way, you'll leave with a clearer plan for finding new clients than you walked in with.
You bring the business. I bring the clients who've never heard of it yet.
